PackDraw Forge: Build and List Your Own Packs
Forge is the feature that sets PackDraw apart from most mystery box sites. Instead of only opening packs the site designed, you can build your own, set the odds within PackDraw's rules, and put it in front of every other player. Here is how it works and when it is worth doing.

How Forge works
Pick items
Choose from PackDraw's catalog of 9,300+ items. A themed pack (one brand, one category, one price band) tends to attract more openers than a random mix.
Set the drop rates
Assign each item a probability. PackDraw enforces constraints so the pack's price and expected value stay inside its standard margin. The builder shows the resulting price as you adjust.
Name and publish
Give it a name and artwork within PackDraw's guidelines, then list it. It appears in the Forge section alongside other community packs.
Players open it
Anyone can open your pack. Openings run through the same provably fair system as official packs.

What you control, and what you don't
| You control | PackDraw controls |
|---|---|
| Which items go in | Item values (set by market price) |
| Relative odds between items | The overall margin, so no pack is +EV for openers |
| Name, theme and presentation | Content guidelines and approval |
| Whether to keep it listed | Fairness mechanism and payouts |
The practical consequence: Forge is not a loophole. A Forge pack is a normal PackDraw pack whose contents you chose. You cannot build one that beats the house.
Why people use Forge
- Chasing one specific item. If you want a particular watch or sneaker and no official pack features it with good odds, build a pack around it. You still pay the fair price for those odds, but you are no longer opening packs full of items you do not care about.
- Themed battles. Build a pack, then run a battle on it with friends. Everyone opens the exact pack you designed.
- Creator income. Streamers and community figures list packs for their audience and earn from openings. The split is not published and is subject to change.
Tips for a pack people actually open
- Keep the price in a popular band. Most volume is in low and mid-priced packs.
- Make the drop table readable: one or two headline items, a few mids, sensible commons. Twenty near-identical items put people off.
- Pick a clear theme and name it so it is searchable in the Forge list.
- Open it yourself a few times. Your own results show on the pack and signal activity.
Forge and your balance
Forge packs are paid for from your normal balance, including the 5% bonus you get on deposits with code WAGER. Items you win from Forge packs go to your inventory and can be shipped or sold for balance like anything else.
Enter WAGER in the code field on the deposit screen. 18+ only. Terms apply.
Forge FAQ
What is PackDraw Forge?
Forge is PackDraw's custom pack builder. You choose items from the catalog, set their drop rates within PackDraw's rules, name the pack and list it for other players to open.
Can I make money with Forge?
Creators can earn from openings of their packs, but PackDraw does not publish the exact split and it can change. Treat any Forge income as a bonus for packs people actually want, not a business plan.
Can I set the odds however I want?
Within limits. PackDraw constrains the relationship between item values, probabilities and pack price so that every Forge pack sits inside its standard margin. You cannot build a pack with a positive expected value for the opener.
Are Forge packs provably fair?
Yes. They open through the same server seed, client seed and nonce system as PackDraw's own packs. See provably fair.
Can I open my own Forge pack?
Yes, and the odds are the same as for anyone else. It costs the listed price.
Does bonus balance work on Forge packs?
Yes. The 5% from code WAGER is ordinary balance and spends on Forge packs, standard packs and battles alike.
